Shipping policy
Processing Time As our products are made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing after your payment is confirmed.
Pre-order Items Items marked as pre-order will be shipped within 45 days of your order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destination We currently ship to the United States only. Orders outside the US cannot be processed at this time.

Customs & Duties All orders ship from outside the United States and may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
