Pre-Order
What is a pre-order?
When you place a pre-order, you pay a deposit upfront to reserve your item. The remaining balance will be charged automatically 45 days after checkout, at which point your order will be shipped.
When will my order ship?
All pre-order items ship within 45 days of your order date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your order ships. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund promptly.
Products
What vinyl record sizes do your displays fit?
Both the Wall Mount and Spider Stand are designed to hold standard 12" LP records, including double LPs. They also accommodate 10" EP records.
What's the difference between the Wall Mount and the Spider Stand?
The Spider Vinyl Record Stand is freestanding — no installation required. Simply place it on any flat surface. The Playful Vinyl Record Wall Mount attaches to your wall with a single nail or screw, keeping your display clean and minimal.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We ship to the United States. Standard shipping costs $10 per order. Orders over $49.90 qualify for free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7–12 business days after dispatch within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are not able to process orders outside the US at this time. Stay tuned for future updates on international shipping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories included. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
